AROUND 70,000 11 year-olds are forced into poor quality, unpopular secondary schools every year against the wishes of many of their parents, a top Government adviser said last week.
Sir Cyril Taylor, chairman of the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust, said there were more than 400 schools in England where few parents would choose to send their children.See the full content of this document
