THE scarred victim of a Midland breast surgeon accused of botching at least 12 operations and labelled a "butcher" has slammed health bosses who refused to strike him off.

Tracy Todd from Stoke-on-Trent, went to surgeon Brian Gwynn for a boob reduction at Rowley Hall Hospital in Staffordshire in 2003. The General Medical Council heard that Mr Gwyn, 55, also performed surgery at Staffordshire General Hospital.
