A BIRMINGHAM teenager has been given a community order after keeping more than 200 kilos of fireworks in a city tower block.
Liam Ryan, 19, of Wilmcote Tower, Upper Highgate Street, was given the 12-month community order after pleading guilty to three offences for storing a dangerous amount of fireworks without a licence to sell them.See the full content of this document
