Summary
THE word 'vhujon' comes from the ancient Indian-Sanskrit language and means 'gourmet dinner.' Light Bite of India are much more spicy. Dishes from every region of India feature on this menu so I was keen to try something new.
This is refined Indian dining and the price reflects that. Main courses are around pounds 7 to pounds 11. My husband Adam had the Gust Char Chari (pounds 7.40), a famous dish from Bangladesh, where marinated lamb is delicately spiced and stirfried with onions, capsicum, tomatoes, chillies and sliced beans.
