I WRITE on behalf of HM Revenue and Customs staff at Birmingham International Airport, after I received complaints about your article "Airport Security Guards Drunk On The Job".

Although the article clearly related to security guards working for ICTS, I am disappointed that an old archive photograph of the customs baggage hall was printed alongside the headline.
