IS THERE anybody out there that actually grasps what "means- tested" actually means? In response to Ray Rushton, I've absolutely no time for the pseudo "hors de combat", salad dodgers or other myriad and diverse Jeremy Kyle fodder that infest this country.
But neither do I feel that people should confuse entitlement with concession.
