STOURBRIDGE'S Matt Neal secured pole position for today's three title-deciding races in the final round of the British Touring Car Championship at Silverstone. Honda Racing driver Neal, who leads reigning champion Jason Plato and team-mate Gordon Shedden by five points in the overall standings, broke the previous qualifying lap record to set a time of 59.131 seconds. Neal is looking to seal his third championship crown after previously claiming the title in 2005 and 2006. Mat Jackson qualified in second place on the grid in his Airwaves Racing Ford Focus, missing out on pole by just 0.035secs.
