Summary
IT'S hard to believe it's 20 years since the Cleveland scandal, when a hospital paediatrician diagnosed 121 children as victims of sexual abuse. Social workers took the children from their families and placed them in foster care, but after an outcry and a public inquiry, 96 of the cases were dismissed by the courts.
