MIDLAND rock and pop legends have come in for a drubbing in a list of the WORST lyrics ever recorded - with Duran Duran, Led Zeppelin, Culture Club and Kasabian all in the firing line.

Music critic Johnny Sharp, who for many years wrote under the pseudonym of Johnny Cigarettes in music magazine NME, has included them all in a book out tomorrow, titled simply Crap Lyrics.
