IT'S hard to imagine Tory leader David Cameron standing in the pouring rain of Azerbaijan. Nor, for that matter, going on tour to America last year or sitting on the car park that is the M6 on the days England play at Old Trafford. Yet he, and two of his henchmen, were sitting slap-bang in the middle of the official England Fans' allocation of seats for the game against Sweden on Tuesday.

Given that just 4,500 of 25,000 members have been given tickets to attend the World Cup, how on Earth did he get in, taking up three seats ahead of those who have travelled the world, taken time off work and spent a small fortune to watch England?
